Next Friday, U.S. Special Representative for the Arctic Admiral Robert Papp will deliver a speech on Arctic cooperation and the U.S. Chairmanship of the Arctic Council at Scandinavia House in NYC (58 Park Ave). His talk will be the latest installment of the American-Scandinavian Foundation’s Curtis L. Carlson Distinguished Lecture Series, and will be followed by a light reception. The event is free, but registration is required.
